Ashley Nocera

Ashley Nocera, a popular fitness model and Instagram phenomenon was born on 15th August 1994, in USA. Ashley doesn't talk much regarding her parents. However, she does credit her grandfather for being the person who gave her the motivation to work hard. Her father was an avid bodybuilder as he lived in his 20s-30s. Ashley has always been physically active. When she was four, she started to swim and she did so for 10 years. There were many competitions she participated in however she was not as committed as she wasn't ready to be put on strict diet in order her body would be able to give all it can. She was somewhat popular during the time of her high school, mostly due to her gorgeous appearance and curvaceous body however it's not clear whether she dated anybody during this period of her life. Ashley determined to put all of on becoming a fitness and modeling model after graduating. Ashley was only 15 when she became unhappy with her physical appearance. Inspired by her grandfather, she started going to the gym, but she took the advice of her grandfather and began slow. She didn't realize she was about to spend the next nine years shaping her body and gradually becoming an fitness model. Ashley went to the WBFF Las Vegas World Championships 2014. She finished 7th. The victory was a source of inspiration for her and she trained harder. Ashley went back to 2015 WBFF World Championships where she took 5th place. When the event ended, Ashley made the decision that she did not want to participate. While competing, she received offers for photoshoots but she didn't want to combine careers. When she decided to quit, however, she made her decision to turn into a model. Her photo was published on the front cover of a renowned fitness magazine, which started her journey to becoming being a fitness model when she got to sign with an agency that deals in modeling. Since then she's an established model that has worked for countless bikini companies and world-class clothing firms.
